Atrium Healthcare is seeking a visionary Registered Manager to take the lead in a children’s residential home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

This role calls for someone who can bring structure, empathy, and leadership to a dedicated team and create an environment where young people feel secure, supported, and valued.

• Lead all aspects of residential care operations

• Coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team

• Embed therapeutic practice and individualised care

• Oversee compliance, audits, and Ofsted inspections

• Act as a role model for trauma-informed care

• Level 5 in Residential Child Care (or equivalent)

• Proven success managing children’s residential services

• Deep understanding of safeguarding and behavioural needs

• A passion for driving meaningful change in children’s lives

• A full UK driving licence
