We''re recruiting a Finance Assistant to join a busy and supportive team in Witham. This is a temporary-to-permanent role, ideal for someone who already has some accounts experience or is studying towards AAT and is looking to build on their skills and progress within finance. Paying 12.21 per hour, working in the office Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pmYour key duties in this Finance Assistant role will include but are not limited to:Supporting with day-to-day finance tasksChecking and entering purchase invoicesManaging the finance email inbox and responding to queriesPreparing basic financial reportsCounting and recording petty cashMaintaining finance files and recordsAssisting with calls and general office supportSkills and Experience required to be considered for this role:Studying towards AAT qualification OR previous experience in an accounts/finance roleConfident IT skills, especially in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)A proactive approach with strong organisational skills and attention to detailA professional, friendly manner when dealing with colleagues, suppliers, and customersIf you feel like you meet the above criteria and would like to be considered for this Finance Assistant position, please apply with your CV and Laura at Prime Appointments will be in touch.
