Position: Vehicle Fitter/MIG welder Location: Sheffield (Ideal for candidates based in Sheffield, Chesterfield or Rotherham)Type: Temporary (with potential to become permanent after 12 weeks)We are working leading provider of commercial vehicle solutions, who are seeking a skilled Vehicle Fitter / MIG welder to join their dynamic team. This role will be based on-site, with the opportunity for a permanent position after 12 weeks. The ideal candidate will have: Experience with MIG welding, and proficiency in using all related welding equipment. Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings. A UK Driver''s License is required. Ability to work effectively as part of a team to meet deadlines and customer requirements.Responsibilities:As a Vehicle fitter / MIG welder you will: Manufacture and assemble bespoke bodywork including tippers, plant vehicles Interpret technical drawings and specifications to guide your work. Perform MIG welding and assemble vehicle body components. Utilize a variety of welding tools, hand tools, and power tools to complete tasks.
