You’ll be fully supported by our dedicated and experienced broking support and claims teams to ensure you can focus on what you do best: winning and looking after clients.On a Day To Day Basis You’ll Be

Developing a personal pipeline of new businessAdding new introducers to your networkAdvising clients on New Business Quotations, coverage requirements and renewalsWorking with clients to expand and develop their coverage to ensure they have the right coverLiaising with the broking and support team to ensure all documentation is accurateActively negotiating with Underwriters as required to secure the best termsWorking in a compliant and timely manner on all casesEnsuring income and retention targets are achieved and maintainedWorking with the management team to achieve business objectives and support development of colleaguesWhat’s On Offer
