Are you a commercially driven qualified Head of Finance looking to drive transformation across a high growth organisation?A widely known company based in Colchester are looking for a Head of Finance to work alongside the senior leadership to help facilitate growth, identify financial strategy and evolve the accounting function.Responsibilities

Support business growth through sound financial systems, modelling, and risk management.Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy, planning, and funding for new initiatives.Lead budgeting, forecasting, payroll sign-off, and preparation of annual accounts.Present financial updates and recommendations to the Board and Committees.Manage internal controls, audits, and compliance with financial regulations.Provide management accounts, KPIs, and cash flow reports to inform decision-making.Oversee pensions, insurance, and investment strategies.Develop and lead a high-performing finance team.Act as Company Secretary and ensure all regulatory returns are submitted on time.What you get
