We re recruiting on behalf of a well-established building services provider with over 40 years of experience in the sector. You ll be joining a trusted contractor delivering heating and maintenance services across residential properties for local authorities, housing associations, and NHS clients. The Role You ll be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of domestic gas boilers and central heating systems in both occupied and void properties. This is a field-based role covering sites across Hertfordshire. Key duties include: Servicing and commissioning of gas boilers and heating systems Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs/replacements Draining and refilling heating systems Replacing radiators, valves, and other components Ensuring work complies with gas safety and health and safety regulations Participating in an out-of-hours emergency call-out rota What You ll Need ACS Gas Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CKR1, HTR1) Full UK Driving Licence Valid CSCS Card Good fault-finding skills and heating system knowledge Experience working in social housing or similar environments Able to work independently and safely in a lone working environment Based in or near the Hertfordshire
