Managing job adverts to ensure they remain relevant, up to date, and in turn generating applications Liaising with job advert providers to create and maintain the best ads to achieve the above Actively screening and keeping on top of all CV / applications for various roles, with a target of making first contact with potential candidates within 24 hours Maintaining a database of potential candidates Collecting and reporting feedback from candidates in relation to roles and packages Regular updates and reporting on recruitment progress to senior management After initial screening, arranging interviews with Contract Managers Manage social media recruitment activity Supp
