Refrigeration Service Engineer
Overview and RoleAn established HVAC business is looking to appoint a Refrigeration Service Engineer to support its London operation. The role involves service, maintenance and reactive repair across a broad range of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment within retail, commercial and industrial environments. Engineers will work on systems including integral and remote cabinets, coldstore evaporators, condensing units, refrigeration packs, remote condensers and air conditioning equipment, covering refrigerants including DX, hydrocarbon and CO systems. This is a mobile service role suited to an engineer with strong fault-finding capability and experience within commercial refrigeration environments.RequirementsProven experience within commercial/supermarket refrigerationStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsExperience working on integral and remote refrigeration systemsKnowledge of condensing units, packs, evaporators and remote condensersExperience with DX refrigerants, hydrocarbon and CO systems advantageousF-Gas certification essentialStrong communication and organisational skillsFull UK driving licencePackageEarnings circa 50,000 - 70,000+Overtime paid at 1.6xDoor-to-door travel paidOn-call paymentLondon weightingPaid downtime33 days annual leave including bank holidaysPension schemeOngoing training and development opportunitiesInterested in hearing more?
