Manage a diverse caseload related to possession/evictions, tenancy agreements, housing disputes, and housing disrepair.Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of housing law.Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements.Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings as necessary.Stay updated on relevant legislation and case law to provide informed counsel.Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.Make legal aid applications and assess merits of a case.Qualifications
