The company are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.This is a permanent position working within a busy production environment.Role: Assembling electrical components, wiring, and sub-assemblies Reading and following engineering drawings and work instructions Using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely Carrying out basic testing and inspections on completed products Identifying and reporting faults or defects Completing production paperwork and records accurately Following all company Health and Safety procedures Working closely with the wider production team to meet targets Keeping the work area clean and organised Supporting with additional duties where requiredRequirements: Previous electrical assembly or manufacturing experience would be beneficial Basic understanding of electrical systems and components Ability to read technical drawings or wiring diagrams would be advantageous Good manual dexterity and attention to detail Strong pr
