We are seeking a motivated and buoyant Learning Support Assistant to join a respected secondary school Academy in Hornchurch.The Role:A rewarding full-time Learning Support Assistant role within a secondary school in Upminster.Working closely with secondary school students with learning difficulties, making a genuine difference to their daily learning and wellbeing.Providing tailored 1:1 and small-group support both in and beyond the classroom.Playing a key role in supporting emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and meaningful engagement in education.What we expect from you:Truly passionate about supporting young people with complex and additional needs.Calm, patient, and resilient, with the ability to build trusting, positive relationships.Experience supporting children or young people with learning difficulties or behaviour
