Joiner, -20.00 per hour, East Kilbride, Immediate Start

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive maintenance and planned repair works across commercial properties.
• Complete tasks including lock changes, fire door inspections and repairs, door closer installation, window adjustments, hinge replacements, box gutter repairs, fire strip replacement, finishing and shuttering work.
• Accurately record all completed work using a PDA system, including detailed job notes and photographic evidence.
• Travel to various sites, primarily across Scotland''s Central Belt, with occasional work in Aberdeen, Perth and Dundee.
• Arrive on site and ready to work by 8:00am each day.

Requirements

• Time-served Carpenter/Joiner with relevant experience.
• Full UK driving licence (licence check required).
• Aged 25 or over for vehicle insurance purposes.
• Own hand tools.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
