This critical role involves developing comprehensive technical documentation, including electrical and system drawings, cable route layouts, and detailed cable data sheets, to support the successful deployment of advanced systems in complex marine environments. What you will be doing;Produce installation design solutions for new equipment on maritime platforms, including:Electrical/System drawingsCable route drawings and data sheetsBill of Materials (BoMs)Installation instructionsLiaise with MoD customers and industry partners to define and agree on equipment integration requirementsConduct ship surveys to support:Design integrationEquipment material state reportingConfiguration controlShip power and load chart managementConfigure and maintain ship databases for electrical power distribution and blown fibre networksProduce feasibility studies for ship/equipment integrationWork collaboratively with internal teams (Mechanical, Structural, HVAC, Project Management)Engage with industry partners and technical authoritiesSupport detailed design activities for shipbuilding and submarine electrical systemsContribute technical input to product safety assessments and design service deliverable''s Your skills and experiences:Knowledge of electrical systems theoryAb
