We’re looking for a confident and collaborative Facilities Manager to oversee the smooth delivery of services across a key site or multiple locations. You’ll take ownership of both soft and hard FM services, ensuring high standards, safety, and a welcoming environment for all. By nurturing strong relationships with contractors, stakeholders, and site teams, you’ll help shape spaces that support wellbeing, productivity, and connection—bringing clarity, empathy, and a proactive approach to everything you do.

Stakeholder and Contractor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all site stakeholders. Lead communication on work schedules, performance, and service delivery. Brief contractors, manage supplier meetings, and provide feedback to FM teams and senior management.

Space, Standards and Services: Oversee space planning and utilisation in collaboration with internal teams. Ensure all soft services (cleaning, catering, waste, etc.) meet required standards and legal compliance. Identify and address any gaps in service delivery.
