Role: Service and Maintenance Team Sales Processor

Location: Crewe

Salary: -27,000

Our client is looking for a Service and Maintenance Team Sales Processor you will be responsible for processing orders through their CRM system and carrying out a range of general administrative duties. You will also support with goods receipting (GRs) and the preparation of basic, non-technical quotations.

Responsibilities include:

• Process customer orders accurately using the CRM system
• Carry out general administrative duties to support the Service Team
• Process goods receipts (GRs) in line with internal procedures
• Generate basic non-technical quotations
• Maintain accurate records and system updates
• Respond quickly to urgent requests and changing priorities
• Support the team in ensuring customer requirements are met within tight timelines

Skills & Experience:

• Experienced in an administrative role within a service or operational team (desirable)
• Confident using CRM systems
• Highly accurate with strong keyboard and data entry skills
• Able to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
• Flexible, reactive, and calm under pressure
• Strong in communication and committed to delivering good customer service
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving and constantly changing environment
