Primary SEN Teacher (MLD) - KS2 - Chiswick, West London - September Start
Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN teacher looking to make a real difference? We are seeking an enthusiastic Primary SEN Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking school in Chiswick this September.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work with pupils in Key Stage 2 (KS2) with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), delivering a creative and tailored curriculum that supports both academic progress and personal development.
SEN Teacher responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for KS2 pupils with MLD
- Support students'' academic, social, and emotional development
- Work closely with teaching assistants and the wider SEN team
- Track progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs
- Create a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment
SEN Teacher Attributes
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working within SEN, particularly MLD
- Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and differentiation
- Patient, nurturing, and resilient approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
