Spencer Clarke Group is working closely with several supportive secondary schools in Kirby who are seeking Unqualified Secondary Teaching Assistants to join their teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience working with young people whether through education, youth work, coaching, or similar environments who are keen to gain hands-on classroom experience and begin a career in education.

Key Responsibilities

• Support students with their learning under the direction of teaching staff.
  * Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
  * Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils who may need extra help.
  * Help maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
  * Promote positive behaviour and support the school''s values and policies.

What We''re Looking For

• A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
  * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  * Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential).
  * Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for helping students succeed.
  * Flexibility and reliability to work across a range of classroom settings.
