Field IT Support Technician

We are looking for a full time IT Support Technician for a varied role providing support to multiple sites, main site office being Nottingham. Full clean driving licence essential as this role requires travel to remote locations. Immediate start, ideally July/ August 2025.

Key skills and experience:

• Monitor and log all IT support calls using the ticketing system
• Provide 1st line technical support, including onsite and store visits
• Excellent customer service, taking ownership of support issues through to resolution
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or suppliers.
• Install, configure, and deploy hardware (user and operational) per company procedures.
• Maintain monthly infrastructure maintenance and generate trend reports on support issues.
• You’ll be required to participate in an out-of-hours support rota to meet business needs.
