Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Tradewind Recruitment is looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support in primary schools across Doncaster.

You will support pupils with needs such as Autism (ASC), behavioural challenges, and communication difficulties, helping them access learning in a positive and inclusive environment.

• Provide tailored 1:1 support

• Assist with classroom activities

• Use tools like visual timetables and PECS

• Support behaviour and emotional development

• Experience with SEN (especially autism/behaviour)

• Patient, flexible, and proactive approach

• Relevant qualifications - desirable

• Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)

• Flexible roles in welcoming Doncaster schools

• Ongoing training and support
