Hours: 37.5 per week - 5 shifts over 7 days (shifts: 7am-3pm or 11am-7pm)

We''re looking for a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Assistant to support the Head Chef and Catering Manager in delivering high-quality meals and maintaining exceptional hygiene standards. You''ll assist with food preparation, kitchen cleaning, and food storage while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and visitors.

What we''re looking for:

- Proven kitchen experience in busy service environments

- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety

- Excellent cooking and preparation skills

- A calm, team-focused and positive attitude


Desirable (but not essential):

- Experience in bulk cooking or baking

- Level 2 Food Safety (training can be provided)
