Working as part of this full-service law firm the Conveyancer or Residential Property Solicitor will play an instrumental role in not only providing a exceptional service to clients but also in supervising and mentoring a small team. You will have a mixed caseload but in the main will be working on high value and high-quality transactions.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Conveyancer or Residential Property Solicitor:

• Manage a wide variety of residential transactions
• Continue to develop the company reputation in the area by building up your referral network and business development
• Lead and support a collaborative and supportive team environment leading to a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous and significant residential conveyancing experience
• Team management / leading / mentoring experience
• Fantastic client communication & delivery skills.

My client is offering an annual salary of up to £85,000 depending on experience for this full-time role.
