This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for a team of around 24, including Cooks, Team Leaders, and Production Operatives. You''ll be accountable for ensuring that all meals are produced safely, efficiently, and to specification, while meeting production targets and upholding SALSA standards. You''ll drive continuous improvement across quality, efficiency, and cost, playing a key role in scaling production as the business grows.
