Lead Brand, Promotion and Communications:
Define and own the external voice and visual identity of Quantum Motion. Ensure consistent visual identity and content alignment across all channels and touchpoints. Brief and coordinate with the Executive team on all communications issues.Integrated Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound marketing plan supporting company goals. Translate core product and company positioning into clear, audience-focused messaging frameworks.Content and Collateral Development:
Create and coordinate production of high-impact content including articles, white papers, case studies, videos, podcasts, blogs, social media campaigns, posters, brochures, and multimedia materials. Coordinate with technical writers and media suppliers. Provide editorial guidance on style, tone, and technical content.Content Distribution and Channel Management:
Drive dissemination of content across web, LinkedIn, YouTube, newsletters, and partner channels. Ensure continuous engagement through tailored platform strategies. Monitor engagement and optimize based on data. Provide training on content management systems.Customer Advocacy:
Identify and leverage customer testimonials to support credibility and growth. Build reference programs with business development and product teams.PR, AR and IR Coordination:
Manage external communications programs including PR, analyst relations, and investor relations. Maintain high-quality external engagement.Event Strategy and Presence:
Lead event planning and execution, including conferences, webinars, and ecosystem activations. Develop engaging agendas, coordinate speakers and booth presence, and guide internal communications at external events.Partner and Ecosystem Marketing:
Support go-to-market and co-marketing initiatives with partners. Promote Quantum Motion’s role in the quantum ecosystem.Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with product marketing, business development, technical and executive leaders, and HR to align messaging, gather insights, and support internal communications.Additional Description
Essential qualifications include 10+ years in B2B technology marketing, preferably in deep tech, semiconductors, quantum computing, or high-performance computing. Proven experience in integrated marketing strategies in startup or scale-up environments. Strong organizational skills, content creation, storytelling, and communication abilities. Proficiency in PR/AR/IR coordination and external vendor management. A self-starter thriving in dynamic environments. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Desirable experience includes marketing in deep tech sectors, startup environments, scientific or academic audience engagement, website and platform management, event marketing, investor communications, and managing external agencies. Knowledge of visual identity systems and multimedia content, with additional language skills like Spanish or German, is advantageous.Benefits:
