Panel Beater Role and Responsibilities: Carry out high-quality panel repairs and replacements to vehicles following manufacturer methods and standards. Complete work in a safe and timely manner to meet deadlines. Use specialist body repair equipment including welding tools, body alignment jigs, and measuring equipment. Ensure all vehicles are repaired to pre-accident condition with a focus on first-time quality. Work closely with Workshop Controllers, Vehicle Damage Assessors, and other colleagues to deliver outstanding service. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all workshop health and safety regulations. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Panel Beater / Panel Technician within an Accident Repair Centre or Bodyshop essential.
