Full Compensation Package

- Starting at $60,000 - $75,000/year, plus full benefits and bonus package! Compensation depends on managerial and QSR experience and skill set for a General Manager position.

Responsibilities

Run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals.

Lead and develop a team of Department Managers, setting their goals and providing coaching.

Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers.

Ideal candidates should have:

Previous experience as a General Manager, preferably in high-volume locations, with a background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail. Must be 18 years or older.
