Finance Analyst Needed!

I am currently supporting a Capital Markets client of mine who are looking to bring on board a Finance Analyst on an initial 6 month contract with scope of extensions. You will be required to go into the London office 4 days a week with my client being able to pay up to -530 per day Inside IR35 via an umbrella.

Your daily responsibilities will include analysing B/S and PnL for the Business, refreshing reconciliations, identifying errors, illogical balances and liaising with Operations and Product Control contacts to have these breaks cleared. Advising on accounting treatment for various financial instruments. Dealing with audit queries

Essential Skills:

* Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA with undergraduate degree in quantitative fields
* Work experience gained in banking and financial services in Financial Control, Product Control or Legal Entity Control role.
* Solid knowledge of the accounting treatment of capital markets products and financial instruments.
* Solid understand of the control framework.
