This role is ideal for ambitious and entrepreneurial individuals ready to lead and drive success in this clients'' Crawley store.Day-to-day Duties of the role:Oversee the overall performance and daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and profitability.Drive sales, motivate the team, and deliver exceptional customer service.Manage all aspects of branch operations including customer queries, complaints, stock control and buying activities.Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve high performance through effective recruitment, training, and management.Organise staff rotas, holidays, and ensure adequate branch coverage.Monitor KPIs and implement strategies for continuous business improvement.Take ownership of the branch''s commercial performance, demonstrating a strong commercial mindset.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years'' managerial experience in retail and/or customer service.Proven track record of running a successful business unit with a solid understanding of profit and loss (PandL) and commercial performance.Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to grow sales and profitability.Ability to analyse and improve KPI performance.Excellent leadership and people management skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional organisa
