Your Responsibilities:
andbull; Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons across various key stages
andbull; Help develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet individual pupilsandrsquo; needs
andbull; Provide focused one-to-one support to pupils requiring additional help
andbull; Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages learning
andbull; Support lesson planning and contribute to dynamic classroom activities
andbull; Track pupil progress and provide meaningful feedback to encourage growth

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
andbull; Previous experience as an HLTA or in a similar educational support role is preferred
andbull; A genuine passion for helping children thrive and reach their potential
andbull; Strong communication and interpersonal skills
