Inspiring Teaching are currently seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team in supporting the educational development of children immediately. The role involves assisting teachers in the classroom and providing additional support to students who require extra help. Duties: - Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and students to ensure a collaborative learning environment - Utilise experience working with children to provide tutoring and mentoring support - Assist in special education programmes and activities - Work closely with individuals with autism to facilitate their learning and development - Educate and guide students in various subjects under the supervision of the teaching staff Experience: - Previous experience working with children is essential - Experience in tutoring or mentoring roles is advantageous - Knowledge of special education practices is beneficial - Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism - A passion for educating and supporting the learning needs of students
