Wiseman Consulting is recruiting for an Employment Law specialist on a 100% remote basis or in-office in Reading, Berkshire. This rare opportunity comes as the firm is expanding its employment law department. The firm provides high-quality advice to clients across the UK.

If you are an Employment Consultant Solicitor seeking an additional 15-25 hours of guaranteed work per week with no business development, or an Employment Solicitor with at least 5+ PQE looking to change your working practices, Wiseman Consulting Limited offers a new role on a 100% remote basis.

The firm has been operating since 2010 with 7 employment law specialists in various locations including Reading, Bristol, Buckinghamshire, Swindon, London, Basingstoke, and Ascot, serving clients nationwide from Reading, Berkshire.

The firm advises employees and employers across sectors such as sports, education, SMEs, high-net-worth individuals, and multinational corporations.

The Role

This position is for an Employment Law Consultant Solicitor with 5+ PQE, preferably from a private practice background in England or Wales.

The firm offers a busy caseload and welcomes applicants with active business development skills or interest in contributing to new business.

The firm handles a full range of employment law issues, focusing on:

Settlement Agreements

Discrimination

Workplace grievances

TUPE transfers

Maternity and paternity leave

Unlawful deductions from wages

Breach of contract

Employment Tribunal or High Court litigation
