This role requires active SC clearance, proven experience working on central government projects, and the ability to operate in complex, data-driven environments.Key Responsibilities:Design and facilitate user research activities to inform product and service development.Plan and execute research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods.Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Engineers, Security Specialists) to translate research findings into actionable insights.Present findings to stakeholders at all levels and influence decision-making.Ensure research outputs drive improvements in user experience and security posture.Essential Skills andamp; Experience:Proven experience as a User Researcher within central government projects.Strong understanding of user research methodologies and analysis techniques.Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders.Experience working in secure environments and handling sensitive data.Active SC Clearance (required for immediate start).
