As a medium-sized company, they are committed to innovation and excellence in their field, offering a professional and structured environment for their employees.DescriptionAs the Electrical Team Leader you will be tasked with the following; Working with the Engineering Planner to maximise the use of available resourcesEnsuring that we have all necessary parts, tools and materials needed for work tasksManaging onsite engineering contractor activitiesCo-ordination of Statutory Electrical requirements such as Inspection and Testing, Portable Appliance Testing, Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting.Maintaining a good standard of housekeeping throughout the workshops.Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, fault finding and repairs to power and control systems, plant and equipment.Provide support and resource where needed for Project works.Carry out inspections and audits, giving advice, feedback and support on both engineering quality and safety standards.Promote Lean thinking and actively look for ways to improve efficiencies.Identify future training needs and carry out training for Enginee
