SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Chiswick

  • Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff where appropriate.
  • Contribute to creating a safe learning environment.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with young people, particularly within an SEN, education, care, or related setting, is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Autism and additional learning needs would be advantageous.
  • Patient, resilient, and caring approach to working with pupils.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Passion for helping young people achieve positive outcomes and reach their potential.
