Your expertise will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations while driving innovative reward solutions that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Engaging with senior partners and contributing to the strategic direction of the Group''s reward policies.What you''ll be doing Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all reward policies align with UK and international regulations, including remuneration codes, applicable laws, and industry standards.
