Your role as a Behaviour Mentor will involve: Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis who may display behavioural, emotional, or social difficulties (SEMH) De-escalating challenging situations in a calm and confident manner while maintaining a safe and positive learning environment Building strong, trusting relationships with students, becoming a positive and reliable presence in their school life Working closely with the class teacher and pastoral staff to implement behaviour strategies and individual support plans Contributing to a whole-school approach to positive
