iRecruit4 are currently seeking Production Operatives for our client in Malmesbury! This position offers permanent work and future development and training!

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine requirements.
• Measure and cutting raw products.-
• Working in a production environment to produce quality work.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct repairs on products as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and contractors to coordinate project tasks effectively.
• Keep accurate records of materials used, hours worked, and tasks completed.

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience in a production background.
• Ability to accurately measure, cut, and shape sheet metal.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and work in various conditions.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Basic math skills for calculations and measurements.
