As part of our growth, we are looking for an apprenticeship support co-ordinator to working closely with apprentices, legal professionals and colleagues across England.Key ResponsibilitiesConducting face to face meetings with apprentices and their employersUndertaking initial assessments and interviewsReviewing and signing off relevant documentationEnsuring compliance with apprenticeship regulations, funding, and procedures throughout the training cycle.Quality checks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Building relationships with team members, learners and employers.Managing a busy workload, diaries and general administrative tasks.What we are looking forUnderstanding of apprenticeship processes, funding rules, regulations and proceduresExcellent communication, happy to build a quick rapport with a range of peopleGood IT skills in particular Teams and Microsoft OfficeStrong administrative skills and organisational skills.Being able to juggle a variety of task, diaries and deadlines.Working hoursFull time, office based role.Working hours Monday - Friday 9am to 5pmBenefits24 days annual leave plus birthday off and Christmas shutdownCompany pensionHealth and well-being programmeJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Company pensionCycle to work schemeHealth and wellbeing programmeWork Location: In person
