Chelsea Harbour , you’ll take the lead on early-stage concept design for high-profile schemes.Responsibilities

Lead design from

RIBA stages 0–3Develop briefs and concept designs (hand sketching and digital)Collaborate with Directors and delivery teamsPrepare planning drawings, DAS reports, and listed building consentsAttend design/planning meetings and coordinate submissionsQualifications

Part III qualified

with 5+ years post-qualification UK experienceHigh-end residential/commercial/hotel project experience (£5m+)Strong hand sketching and 3D visualisation skillsConfident using

AutoCAD ,

SketchUp ,

Adobe SuiteExperience leading small teams and liaising with consultantsWhat You’ll Get
