Old Bond Street, London .As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.Key Responsibilities

Tailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brandSupport the Sale Staff performance providing mentoring and ensure smooth operations on the shop floorPromote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needsDeliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customersMaintain the store standards according to the guidelines.Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledgeEnsuring to build long lasting relationships with the clients using clienteling tools (i.e. Client Book or client ceremony instructions) and system (i. e. CRM)Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sale StaffSupport basic cash operations when necessaryRequirements

Fluency in

English . Other languages are considered a plusMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retailClient CeremonyEffective sale techniquesStore’s KPIsSelf-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniquesGood customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skillsStrong team playerLocation: London
