Key Responsibilities* Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.* Deliver high standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation.* Assist in menu planning and stock control.* Lead kitchen shifts and supervise junior staff when required.* Participate in function catering (available as paid overtime).?? Shift Pattern* 5 out of 7 days, including 1 in 3 weekends (reducing to 1 in 5 when fully staffed).* Early and late shifts on a rota basis which are normally 6am-2pm or 11am-7pm? Requirements* Qualified chef with relevant culinary certifications.* Full UK driving licence.* Experience in high-volume catering preferred.* Strong teamwork and communication skills.* A flexible, can-do attitude and a passion for food.??
