• Suitable for an experienced teacher andndash; previous Year leader positions would be advantageous.
• To implement and deliver an appropriate, broad, balanced and differentiated curriculum
• To facilitate, support and monitor the overall progress and development of peers
• Non-contact time to mentor and support ECT students
• Working with the Tom Sherrington andldquo;WalkThrusandrdquo; books and strategies
• To foster a learning environment which provides pupils with the opportunity to fulfil their potential
• Have high expectations for pupils learning and social, development.
