This role has two core functions: developing, leading and delivering public involvement and research projects, working in collaboration with team members, external partners and with people who have personal experience of mental health issues. line management of people drawing on their own lived experience in peer research and involvement roles. The post holder will join the research and involvement team at the McPin Foundation. We conduct a range of research and evaluation projects, support other people to use lived experience in research, and provide support, training and consultancy to the wider mental health sector. Much of our work is conducted in partnership with universities, charities, public sector organisations and NHS and social care professionals.
