About the opportunity: As a Town Planner, you ll play a pivotal role in the land acquisition and planning process, working closely with our land, design, and technical teams. You ll be responsible for driving forward planning applications, managing external consultants, and ensuring our developments meet both policy and community expectations. Key Responsibilities Lead on the preparation, submission, and negotiation of planning applications for residential schemes Manage planning appeals, discharge of conditions, and Section 106 agreements Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the planning process Provide strategic planning advice to support land acquisition and site promotion Monitor changes in planning policy and advise on implications for current/future projec
