We are currently seeking a dedicated Level 2 Early Years Practitioner to join one of our partner nurseries in Kettering. The role is a full time position, starting as soon as possible and lasting until the end of the academic year in the first instance.

What You''ll Do:

• Support daily routines including meals, activities, and outdoor play

• Contribute to planning and implementing a creative curriculum

• Observe and assess children''s development and learning

• Maintain a clean, safe and stimulating learning environment

• Work collaboratively with parents and carers

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a Level 2 Early Years qualification (essential)

• Reliable, flexible and passionate about childcare

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
