Key responsibilitiesProcessing purchase invoices and credit notes, ensuring appropriate approvalsManaging supplier accounts and reconciling statementsHandling supplier queries via phone and emailPreparing and processing payment runsMaintaining accurate supplier records within the finance systemPerforming daily bank reconciliations and monthly credit card reconciliationsProcessing employee expenses in line with company policySupporting general ledger housekeeping and financial controlsAssisting with system integrations and improvementsProviding cover within the finance team when required What we are looking forEssential:Strong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication skillsAbility to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasksStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyConfident dealing with stakeholders and suppliersDesirable:Previous experience in a finance or accounts role
