The Senior Technical Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams, shape product strategy, and optimise technical platforms to enhance developer experience, accelerate innovation, and strengthen RLDatix’s competitive edge.How You’ll Spend Your Time
Leading product development for shared services such as authentication and infrastructure platforms (e.g., ATOL) to support scalable, secure solutionsTranslating technical requirements from engineering into business-facing product plansCollaborating with engineering directors and global teams (Toronto, Skopje) to identify pain points and evangelise product roadmapsPrioritising developer experience in product design to ensure intuitive onboarding and usabilityBenchmarking against industry standards (e.g., AWS) to enhance documentation and supportDriving innovation and growth through data-driven strategies and customer engagementConsolidating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps that respond to market dynamicsManaging up to three product owners and optimising team workflows to meet delivery targetsWhat Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
