The Role: As a Resident Liaison Manager, you will act as the key point of contact for residents affected by our refurbishment projects. In this role you will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager responsible for the contracts. You will ensure that internal communcation within the team is upheld to the highest standard and KPIs are achieved. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of the Resident Liaison team. You will have input regarding recrutiment and oboarding and be responsible for the managing a team below you.
