We are looking for a VP to join our EMEA Securitised Products team in London.To assist in the origination, structuring and execution of private (on balance sheet) and public securitisations and balance sheet solutions across a broad range of asset classesTo support transaction structuring and execution of private/warehouse and public transactionsTo ensure compliance with all policies and procedures,To assist with day-to-day operational tasks of the desk, including management of insiders lists, updating data bases, liaising with compliance and legal, and organising regular internal and external meetings for the business4-5 years'' securitisation/structured products experience in a front office role- Strong analytical / modelling and data manipulation skills- Good commercial awareness and presentation skills;- Good experience of deal execution (private/ public)- Ability to review legal documentation- Demonstrate team skills to work with numerous partners (Coverage, DCM, traders, sales , Credit, risk- Ideally degree in finance/maths/economics or professional qualification in finance/treasury/asset management
