This is a field-based role offering variety, independence, and the chance to work with leading brands and equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair faults on a range of vending and coffee systems, including: Electrical and water flow issues / Refrigeration (basic component repair; specialist work outsourced) / Espresso and ingredient performance issuesInstall, commission, and optimise coffee equipment for the best drink qualitySupport site moves, installations, and equipment upgradesComplete all service paperwork accurately and on timeIdentify and order correct parts following company SOPsProvide operator and customer training when requiredDeliver exceptional customer service and take ownership of each jobEscalate recurring issues promptly wit
