Are you passionate about preparing quality food in a fast-paced, friendly environment£ We’re looking for a Chef to join our team at our leisure centre in Chelmsford, operated by Northumbrian Water.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing and cooking a variety of hot and cold meals
- Making fresh sandwiches and snacks
- Assisting with food preparation for daily service
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times
- Following food safety procedures, including HACCP guidelines
- Occasional pot washing

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar catering or kitchen environment
- Understanding of HACCP and food safety standards
- Food Hygiene Level 2 certification (required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
